I’m Kevin Marius, a corporate leader, keynote speaker, and author. I help organizations build confident, resilient, and promotion-ready teams.
My journey didn’t begin with titles. It started when I left Haiti during a time of political unrest. I arrived in the U.S. with one suitcase, no money, and no family, just a dream. I spent nights sleeping on a stranger’s bunkbed and worked as a janitor just to survive. I was broke, alone, and on the edge of giving up. But deep down, I knew, if I wanted my life to change, I had to change. I refused to settle.
Years later, during the pandemic, while the world stood still, I took a leap of faith. I bought my first home, earned multiple promotions, and started investing in the future I once thought was out of reach.
Today, I serve as a regional manager at a Fortune 100 company, a husband, a father of three, and a speaker committed to helping others rise.
Through my Adapt. Grow. Win. framework, I deliver keynotes and leadership workshops that help professionals overcome self-doubt, own their story, and step into the next level of leadership with clarity and confidence.
